Bar Stools with Wooden Seats
and Backs
 Wooden seats and
backs are a great way to add some genuineness to your bar furniture. Metal bar
stools
can appear warmer and more classical in appearance with the addition of a
wooden seat. Although wooden seats are not as comfortable as fabric seats,
they do give the bar stools a different flavour. Be it for your bar or
kitchen counter, the wooden bar seats will add that uniqueness that
you are looking for in your bar furniture.
Alpha creations will
CNC machine the bar stool seats out of the wood of your choice, dependant
on availability. Our
standard woods are Iroko, Saligna, Meranti, Oak, Yellow Wood, Cherry,
Pine, and Oregon. Most of the Alpha Creations bar chairs are compatible with the
wooden bar stool seats.
The wooden seats are
constructed from laminated wood. Lamination is a process where various smaller pieces
(1-2 inches thick) of solid
wood are glued together. This results in a stronger seat that will not crack or split. If the
seats are made from a solid piece of wood it has a tendency to
split and crack as it becomes older and drier. The wooden seats are 40mm
in thickness and are glued and screwed onto a superwood base. These are
bolted onto the steel frames to ensure maximum durability and life.
Your logos and other
